INTRODUCTION TO OUR ORGANIZATION
Collaborative divorce is an enlightened approach to dissolving a marriage in which a team of trained professionals helps you structure your own divorce without going to court and makes you better equipped to begin a new life afterwards, because, even though you're no longer married, you're still a family by virtue of the children.
Collaborative Practice is a reasonable approach to divorce based on three principles:
| A pledge not to go to court | ||
| An honest exchange of information by both spouses | ||
| A solution that takes into account the highest priorties of both spouses and their children | ||
